Kindly allow us to change from sajilo to ramro through ecare. You have a change in rate plan option inside it. Provide freedom without any restrictions. Better charge us a legible amount for such a conversion. *103# shows that our product is prepaid or postpaid. It must show in detail the type of prepaid (sajilo or ramro) and postpaid (premium, plus or classic).

Can't you provide the Connect rates to the mobile GPRS users? I think your internet user base will increase if you do so. Current GPRS rates are not at all attractive, while I would use Connect as my dedicated internet if I could use it on my mobile SIM.

this is interesting issue: WiMax is good technology for rural areas but the problem is very expensive handsets as the industry is supporting 4G as the next generation data. We belive that 4G is the winner and do not work at WiMax in Nepal.

i will rather use ntc's adsl than your infinitely pricy internet. infinitely because ntc doesn't cap its bandwidth, nonetheless your tarrif is too high for average nepali.you can buy two meals with the money that gets spent in 1 hr using your 3 g, obviously you have never tasted such meal but you get the point. i have 3g turned off in my mobile. also i browse your internet with your data sim with images turned off. you should put advertisement that says to turn off images while browsing internet too because many people don't know how much money they save.

Assigning validity on your expensive data pack is completely illogical and ridiculous but if you provide larger data pack with minimum charge like 2Gb at less than 100 Rs with one month validity is pretty logical and resonable! Please get your step back and make up your mind to revise the data tariff with resonable and competative price.

I receive calls from my relatives in USA and frequently the number displayed are Ncells. How can u say that Ncell is clean of SIM boxing? As you know as long as there is a price difference between Legal gateway termination and grey termination, SIM box can not be eliminated completely. So, Plsssssssss...accept that no teleco operator including Ncell is free of sim boxing!!!!
