Santa Claus and Pasi

He, Ncell,
ReplyDeletewe are very upset with your services, why you are charging everytime, when you give a miscall message? Are you cheating the customer?
Dear Pasi,
ReplyDeleteI run a Ncell shop in Kathmandu. Please give benefits like free call and free internet to us because we work for you too.
are you upgrading your network to support 7.2 mpbs or more data speed????
ReplyDeleteDear Pasi,
ReplyDeleteHappy Christmas a wonderful new year from my side too! You are personally doing a wonderful job giving attention to each and every customer that has posted in your blog regarding issues about your network. Ncell is certainly going to win heart of all the Nepalese sooner or later and it's all because of your as well as your whole company's hard work and dedication..............
here in banepa ncell centre staff's are providing 50 to 60 recharge cards to shopkepers to sell at their shop at 55 and 105 and when we go to ncell centre they refuse to give us 2 cards of 50. Plz take action in Banepa ncell centre.
ReplyDeleteDear Pasi,
ReplyDeleteYesterday, I had gone through your interview and the statements of Tero Kivisaari Published in “Nepali Times”. In the report both of you had said that you are surprised by the love and trust of Nepalese customers towards Ncell.
Despite the average income of Nepalese people being much lower than in developed nations, the mobile penetration rate here is growing rapidly just since Ncell started business here in Nepal. Now, the mobile phones have reached the hands of many poor Nepalese people which were limited to only businesspersons and rich ones few years ago. Thank you Ncell for helping Nepalese to call in much lower rate because the competition between the two telecom giants helped to remove roaming charges and bringing all the telecommunication charges to thresholds. Now we don’t have to worry in any services other than data service which is little bit higher in Ncell. So, from these and many other reasons, I have come to know that Ncell is truly serving Nepalese. And I am immensely glad to know that you blog to let off steam which gives you relief to vent it out which earlier I used to think that you feel uneasy to go through our comments and answer our queries.
I welcome your view that 3G is at the top agenda of Ncell. I would like Ncell to know that 3G and data users deserve Ncell more than the 2G users do because your 3G quality and data speed is outstanding. And for us Ncell users, customer satisfaction and Ncell have become synonyms because our each and every complaint is heard and problems are solved as soon as possible without any cost. If Ncell connect was not launched in Nepal, many of the guys would be compelled to having poor internet connection in their PCs or hanging around cyber cafes so as to run internet in much slower speed which is now resolved. And it is just Ncell who is behind taking internet use in Nepal to the next level.
Really saddened to hear that PACs and NT officials are pulling legs of NTA for providing Ncell the permanent 3G license for the frequency of 4MHz. Please don’t worry; this is centuries old habit of corrupt Nepalese government officials. Right now, we don’t need 4G but how about increasing strength and coverage of 3G? Please double the speed so that we can roam and sail in online world so that Nepal can compete in information and communication with the developed nations because most of your data users go through nytimes.com, BBC, CNN and many other news and online study sites. Ncell connect has changed the habit of reading online instead of printed volumes of Novels, research papers, magazines, and get updated with the recent world. I stay online at least 15 hours a day in my imac and ipad2 because of the awesome speed that Ncell provides which speed I wanted since 5 years when for the first time I had connected my pc through worldlink cable internet. Gone are the days when we used to face poor connectivity and connection went off in the middle of the task of sending e-mail, downloading software and other files. Now I don’t have to worry about the internet speed but whatever makes me to worry about is my data usage. Usually I spend 8GB-10GB data monthly which has caused me to dig a hole in my pocket every time I purchase the internet packages. It’ll be better for us if you provide 100GB package as you upcoming new year offer for users like me in a price of Rs.5000 so that we can use internet throughout the year which results Ncell in getting no any such complaints about the expensive and weird data packages in Ncell.
Lastly, I would like to remind you that you’ll never lose and Ncell is Unstoppable or Ncell will succeed forever coz you have more than 5 million genuine subscribers and almost 50,000 data users. We’re with you and promise to be with you forever provided you update and upgrade your network and technology standard with market demand and time.
Happy merry Christmas and New Year 2012.
Thumbs up Ncell.
Regards,
Basanta kumar Dhakal

Comment to all: please give your personal account request to Customer Relations at 9005 or Facebook. Unfortunately I do not have capacity to handle those, and we have experts to help you. If you miss your phone, IMEI code of the phone is needed always. Miss call notification is a monthly service. If there is a network issue, please give your contact details to our agents so our people can assist you.
ReplyDeleteRegards,
Pasi
Ncell Card New Rate Rs 50 card Customer Rate 60 nad Rs 100 Card Customer Rate 110 Because of Shortage in Market and Village.
ReplyDeleteIntroduce pay per sec plan in 2012. Best wishes.
ReplyDeleteDear sir,
ReplyDeleteIf I loose my phone and I know its IMEI code then is it possible to recover it? I asked 9005 and they said its impossible also they were not very friendly.
Sorry all, mistakenly I commented miss call notification to be a montly service. You can subscribe it on weekly basis, 2.49 including taxes and no other charges. Easy and transparent.

Dear Pasi,
ReplyDeleteIf you compare Horse (Ncell) with donkey (NTC) then of course Horse will win the race. Ncell is great and do not need to compare it at all. Android is a great OS for smartphone but we are unfortunately restricted by Ncell due to high tariff. We can't enjoy the services of Android. We need to make data off from setting. If I subscribe data package then 100MB will last for 2 days only. I request you to revise the data tariff. I know Ncell data is faster than NTC and larger 3G coverage. But also this much selfishness is not good. I also know our country situation is bad. But we general people have the much effect of this in every aspect of fields.
I agree with Rajesh. Please find a solution for zte blade and other android ncell users. Even i keep data off in my zte blade settings and use whereever free wifi is available. My gifted 100MB didn't last two days also.
ReplyDeletethank you
ReplyDeleteSo, your idea of combating overcharging is not selling cards at all?
ReplyDeleteDear Pasi....
ReplyDeletewishing you a Merry Christmas and a happy new year.
I'm writing to you regarding the shortage of NCELL recharge coupons in my area.
I'm Dr. Sarthak Chakravarty, i'm from Universal Medical College Bhairahawa & i often encounter a shortage of recharge coupons here.
It'll be a great favour if you look into the matter and take the required actions.
Thank you
P.S: also thank you as for the price of the recharge coupons have gone down and are now available at their correct market value.
when do you plan to increase speed of 3G connectio to 7.2 mbps?
ReplyDeleteDomestic and international calls from tata docomo are charged in per sec basis without any special tariff voucher activation. What stops ncell from doing it here? Everybody will start using ncell, the day it gives per sec billing for both domestic as well as international calls.
ReplyDeletedear sir i lost Samsung Galaxy S2... but ur 9005 told me that i have to do police complain.... cant your staff or customer care help?? plz i need help...
ReplyDeleteDear Prashant,
ReplyDeletethank you for the comment. The process in lost phones is as said in Customer Care. We have to have real case with IMEI, proof of ownership and evidence to start working.
regards,
Pasi
Dear Sarthak,
ReplyDeletethank you for your comment. We had little wrestling with kiosks and some shortage was in place. Today, we have up to 40.000 POS selling with MRP nation wide.
Anyway, I'll ask our sales to check you area.

Pasi

Dear Pasi,
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I think Ncell should recruit some well-behaved customer service provider or at least give them lesson about how to serve customer nicely. I was calling to resolve my sms2email problem (which is still not solved even though the balance has been deducted from my account), and they were arguing with me? If you deduct the money, aren't you suppose to provide the service? First, I am not getting the service even though my money is gone, and next I have to tolerate those ill-behaved providers?
I don't know what kind of service you are doing with these issues. I find no other place to make my voice heard rather than writing in CEO's blog.
-Bivek
Dear Bivek,
ReplyDeletethank you for your comment. Sorry to hear your unsatisfactory customer experience. Could you please email me your phone number to check the case. We'll listen the recording and do the needfull. ncellceo@gmail.com
Regards,
Pasi
Thank u Pasi.... Have a gr8 year
ReplyDeletedear pasi,
ReplyDeleteI DO have real case with IMEI, proof of ownership and evidence. but dont have any idea how to start.. and from where to start.... cant your customer care or any officer help???
Dear Pasi,
ReplyDeleteGood to see that you are personally paying such good attention to your customers. A rare trait! I applaud you for it.
I hope you've had a good Christmas and we wish you a happy new year from all of us in San Francisco!
Dear Pasi, Aren't you providing any special offer to the Ncell Connect users? If you're not decreasing the price of the packages, I'm about to switch to other ISPs. If you're thinking to maintain the price of the packages same, you'll surely lose a significant no. of customers by new year. Pliz, consider in this matter.
ReplyDeletecrossing my fingers for some extraordinary offers and news from ncell on Jan 1,2012. Plz don't dissappoint us................
ReplyDeletei'm ready to pay maximum Rs.100 per GB for internet merrily..............if more than that then i'd prefer 384 kbps unlimited ntc adsl......thank u!!!!
ReplyDeleteDear pasi, expecting at least 21 mbps HSPA upgrade from ncell this year coz although ncell says it is giving 3.6 mbps i get max 1.25 mbps download with full HSDPA tower reception!!!!!................if it does so then i suspect i'd get around 7 mbps download speed on average and that would be real 3G experience n jus gr8.
ReplyDeleteplz introduce per second billing mechanism n that would prove real value for money i guess.
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI am having an issue with sms2email as reported by a person earlier. NCELL has taken my money, and did not provide me the service. Everytime I call customer service, the only thing that they can tell me is to take out the SIM and put back in after 5 min (Sounds like that is the only thing that they are taught, they say the same thing regardless of the nature of the problem.)It says my number is not in the system. I have tried calling them more than 20 times, and emailing them (Saurav replied saying he got the email, and will get back to me, but never did). Now, you are my last hope. Let me know what should I do to get either REFUND of that deducted amount or to get the service for which you have charged me.
-Melina
We have been facing the network fluctuation problem at Kanchan Basti-4, Matatirtha, Kathmandu since more than 4 months of time. No any improvement has been done though I had reported twice about the issue before 2-3 months ago. Please look after it as soon as possible.
ReplyDeleteAashish Shrestha, 9808350598.
Dear Aashish,
ReplyDeletethank you for your comment. I let your case to be checked once again. In similar situations, the problem is often that the base station is too far away and your signal is fluctuating because of this. But good to know if we need to put a new tower somewhere there.
Regards,
Pasi
Dear Melina,
ReplyDeletethank you for your comment. Sorry to hear your problem, it was caused by the new business support system and some malfunction in it. Please be assured that Saurav will take care of your case, naturally you will have a fair settlement.
Regards,
Pasi
