  2. Dear pasi sir, i got an question , as u hav next generation technology ,its kind of unfair thing to by not letting ur customers changing tariff to nepal 1 from sajilo tarff,
    we should be provided with the services of changing tariff to according will,
    as my problem i was a nepal 1 tariff user earlier and just to experience sajilo tariff i change my tariff,but i dont expeience sajilo tariff as good as nepal 1 tariff,

    so i want my older tariff back, u take charge for returning to my ramro tariff as u like but i want to go to previous ramro tariff , u take charge for that i wil pay but let us switch to the traiff that ur ncell customer wants plz ,take our problem seriously

    Please introduce 50paisa/min for on-net call during off hour.

    thank you for your comment. we consider different tariff options every now and then. The issue with Sajilo is that it includes off net calls too: we pay 53 paisa interconnection fee to NTC only. Please consider Ramro and ask all your friends to Ncell network...you can utilize Closed User Group with the rate you mention.

  8. Why the Ncell Subscribers are Not allowed to call in the Important and Emergency numbers..?? Being a biggest mobile operator, Ncell should must provide this facility to its subscribers. Do add a facility for calling in Emergency Numbers like Traffic Helpline-103, Hello Sarkar-1111, Fire Brigade-104, APF Police-1114, Police Headquarter-1113 etc.

    Again BBS I have just posted u such a worthless and incomplete comment knowingly just to see whether my comment may click ur mind or not. Hopefully you remained No.1 CEO for the country but i wonder why u r not able to go for ur long run till now being a highest tax payer.... i know this. Do u know this why its happening so? If u donot know then focus on some of my words they seem quite useless but they will be really very worthy for u and for our own ncell.....Just by changing orange to onion by colour is not enough to make it a very brand new smile. Every year i used to colour my house in different colours but my walls are still cracked n roof r still covered with tin n woods i mean not well designed by any engineer a small hut.... n i have seen same whats happening with our Ncell.... coz u r facing the same problems n getting the same comments till now when the poor mero mobile started their first customer care call centre if u feel i m wrong then i think u do have that much right to open those first week calls. just now i have seen i comment which i received myself n i made them satisfied telling them that we will find the way for them from our own mero asap... yes .........


    This is my 6th attempt still unclear n unfinished just to see whether it will be approved....
    Definately dead sure this will be anonymous too

    Still come to u with another one useless comment hoping for your approval so far if u r looking and satisfying all of the unhappy subscribers then i could be the one. I can say go with my words once and again i can even say they may be useless for u but remember why i am always incomplete, useless, worthless those r just to focus on me. If u try to find some good things in betn' those words then definitely u will find some best ones. The same things are happening with our brand new Ncell. Do u know who circulated old mero all over kathmandu without any gateways? Who forced other powerful network to give poor mero a gateway? Whose idea was that to deduct the cost of recharge cards worthing approx. Nrs 3.50 per piece of cards to the bundles of postal stamp type within the same cost? Designer was me. and later on even copied by others too. I have seen everything same except ur customer care it was fine b4 but now i think its going worse. Do u know why ????
    I hope there is just u worrying for Ncell n our unhappy Ncell Subscribers but u may miss somewhere i can understand that. I have one question to tell u do u have a habit to cross check the reception desk, customer care, ur six agents, call centre urself? I used to do so when i was there till now.I think there is no one to cover from top to bottom n even the old high profile people are earning for nothing. From that time to now being a subscriber even i am trying to correct the errors.... i do have one recent example...n i can prove it....... every 2nd min free tariff.....
    If u still want some references then i guess its not difficult for u to go through former C or D again incomplete just to keep their names anonymous but they r no more in ur team. Coz i know i do not need any support to come in touch with u but i damn sure that u can touch me anytime u want coz u r the boss of the fastest communication n all of my every nos. r in ur directory. And try to think once if those old few intellectual ideas are working as the whole mechanism of this system then just imagine what would be the result if u put in whole brain in it. I think it will give u no comments at all but instead u will find best wishes n happy mails in ur comment box from whole happy n satisfied subscribers. I am really very willing to see this asap but still don't think that all these incomplete comments are for ur profit i am trying to decrease my communication cost as i am one of the Ncell subscribers n if every person i call is Ncell subscribers then definitely i'll be in profit this is the way i think, isn't it a bit different sir. still this is my incomplete suggestion for u

    ok..about emergency numbers:We have provided connection to 100 1.5 years back which is main emergency number and police department receives theses calls. 1111 is very new number established by new PM for complaint handling which we are working on. Ambulance 104 is ready but some permission pending for house owner to place the equipment which we are dealing with and pushing from our end
