Gai Jatra

Writing in the car with my iPad,heavy traffic because of festivals. Anyway,data traffic is good as always:). Actually, we had a drive test made on quality issues and happy to say that we are almost there when talking about a world class network: we have reached our targets in many Key Performance Indicators. For instance, we have five time less failed call attempts compared to our next competitor. Meaning that you reached you counterpart easily, which is naturally crucial part of good network. What it comes to data speed,we have an average of 1.1 Mb download with maximum 3,2 in peaks. No wonder Ncell connect is achieving more and more users. But as our CTO Aigars wrote about network challenges, we will face again the power related problems with load shedding times. To be in a better position next season, we add 50 more solar sites during becoming months.

During my absence from Nepal, our teams have made lot of improvements in several areas. When beeing in social media, I would like to emphasize that we have nominated dedicated people to answer on your requests in Facebook; the aim is to improve Ncell Customer experience also at the field of virtual networking.     As Nepal's main festival Dashain is near ncell should bring some new attractive schemes. As telesoneria owned invest on nepal as ncell it should respects nepali traditions, culture and festivals of nepal. Ncell here for Nepal..........

  3. I am using ncell connect exclusively and left using my unlimited cable connection which i have paid for already in advance but no regrets. Facebook customer care experience has been amazingly wonderful nowadays with admins writing down their respective names in the last and replying to our queries promptly. Just keep on the quality. I would like to request you to introduce a daily 50 MB mobile gprs pack for ten rupees keeping flat six rupees per MB after the pack expires.

  4. Kindly introduce 20 seconds pulse billing system for india calling keeping the same tariff. Send us a flash message after each gprs session about the remaining amount of data left in our mobile gprs pack.

  6. I am Using Ncell connect since Ncell started to offer lifetime validity on its package.Its speed is really owesome in the context of Nepal.
    Since for a student,even small price makes a difference,I would like to request student targeted discount offers in Ncell Connect packages.
    Also ,The daily basis internet packages will also be great.just as:-
    -Rs.100 for 500MB(validity 1 day)
    -Rs.150 for 1000MB(Validity 1 day).....and so on


    Offering this kind of services in connect package will not only increase your costumers,but also increase our love towards NCELL.

    the internet speed can vary day to day due to reasons like where you use your connection, inside or outside, how many users there are in the network, your computer processor, settings in the data card to mension the most crucial ones. If the low speed continues, please be in touch with our customer care to let them check the network parameters.

  9. I am requesting you to consider 20 seconds pulse billing for INDIA CALLING not because the rate is high. I don't want to pay full charge for premature call disconnections and sometimes blank voiceless calls for which also i am charged the full value. I would never mind paying 3.72/3 = 1.24 for a call that gets prematurely disconnected within 20 seconds due to technical reasons.

  11. When will NCELL launch unlimited internet connection? We all are aware of the fact that more than 90% of the cell phone users have either bluetooth or phone modem to pc connection options, NCELL can compete with adsl by bringing this scheme. I wouldn't mind paying 1000 bucks for 'where ever you go' kind of unlimited internet of 256 kilo bit per second.
